This is a great opportunity to make new friends and express yourself through art. We'll provide a new theme each month, along with light refreshments. Georgia Gateway Kiosks are now available at ALL Azalea Libraries! Users can access the Georgia Gateway portal to renew, change, and review their benefits including Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Childcare and Parent Services (CAPS), Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids®, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and Women, Infants & Children (WIC). Support for this program is provided through Food and Nutrition Service grant funds administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture through the Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS).
The kiosks are self-service and will be most useful to clients who are renewing their benefits, checking their status, or filing routine changes. Library staff are not trained to answer questions about benefits eligibility or handle sensitive data. DHS clients requiring guidance should be directed to their nearest DHS office via the informational palm card located on the kiosk, at dfcs.ga.gov/locations, or by calling DHS customer service at (877) 423-4746.
