Carnegie Library Trail
Discover the incredible history of Georgia’s Carnegie Libraries! Visit and collect stamps at each active Carnegie library. Visit the Eatonton Putnam County Carnegie Library. This Neo-Classical Revival building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975. In 2020, the Azalea Regional Library System fully renovated the historical Carnegie section, restoring the original bookshelves, flooring, and window trim.
