    • The Jasper County Library has one of the largest and most expansive collections of art, architecture, and interior design materials in Georgia public libraries. Known as the Persons Collection, this unique body of materials was made possible through a bequest by Thomas B. P. Persons, Jr. As a member of the PINES network of Georgia public libraries, many of the books in the Persons Collection are available to public library patrons throughout the state of Georgia.

  • PLAY Cards give students free access to Azalea Regional Library resources and services. Students also have access to over 11 million items through the PINES lending network.

  • Our Summer Reading Program (SRP) runs June-July every year and is designed to prevent “summer slide” and inspire a love for books and learning in patrons of all ages. Engage in exciting activities, including interactive storytelling sessions, creative workshops, and lively book discussions. Earn rewards and recognition as you reach reading milestones and explore new literary horizons. Join us for a summer filled with imagination, discovery, and the joy of reading.

  • Tech Lending Program

    Are you in need of a computer? We'll get you connected! As part of AZRLS's Technology Lending Program, all member libraries have Chromebooks available for patron checkout. Contact your local library for more information!

    • Read a book (any book) to your child aged birth-kindergarten. The goal is to have read 1,000 books (yes you can repeat books) before starting kindergarten.

  • Person’s Special Collection- a unique and extensive special collection of art, architecture, and interior design materials made possible through a bequest by Thomas B Persons, Jr. , a Monticello native. These funds were given to the library to honor the memory of his father, Thomas Persons, and his mother, Bessie Spears Persons.
